They manage timelines through tools like TeamUp and Excel, ensuring all parties are informed of critical deadlines through email and calendar updates.
Document management
& compliance:
Throughout the transaction, TCs handle the collection, and filing of all required documents.
They also manage electronic signings and create necessary addendums as directed by agents.
post-closing
activities:
After closing, TCs will assist with cleanup of transaction records, reviewing final documents, and ensuring a complete transaction file.
communication &
coordination:
TCs serve as a key communication link between escrow officers, title companies, lenders, and other agents involved in the transaction. They ensure communication is maintained throughout the process and all parties are updated on transaction progress.
Regular updates and reminders are sent to broker regarding upcoming deadlines to ensure smooth progression of the transaction. Communication channels include emails, texts, and phone calls for urgent needs.

preparations:
As the transaction approaches closing, TCs review closing statements, and ensure that all documents and correspondences are correctly filed in Transaction File.
They conduct a final review of files in Transaction File to confirm that all checklist items are completed.
